Ellsworth in the Running

To no one's surprise, Deputy Mayor Ron Ellsworth, declared his intention to run in the mayoralty race this September.

This is good, as he will provide an alternative to encumbent Dennis O'Keefe, and citizens will have a choice to make.

Let's hope issues are discussed and both candidates put forward a compelling platform that will indicate their vision and plan for our city.

There is still a possibility that this will be more than a two person race, but if it isn't, we certainly have two distinct options before us.
